About me

Born in Assam, brought up in the scotching heat of Chennai, and spending almost the rest of  my life in the poetic city of Mysore, I have been all over the place. I have been to as many schools as my years of schooling.

I am impulsive when it comes to trying something new and throw conventions to the air. I love to try out new things

I was on my way to being a techie spending as little over 15 months in a software firm which did something weird on RAID controller firmware when I decided to give other professions a try. I have hence been a lecturer at an engineering college, a teacher at an alternative school and have for now  settled in the social sector. I now work for an NGO working on socio-political empowerment of rural women and their collectives.

I have been a failed flutist, a semi-failed cook(moderately successful is the half glass full way of looking at it)  and self-proclaimed philosopher prophecing on the truths of life.

And, oh yes! - I am easily excitable about typical south Indian food !
